I absolutely recommend Dr. Pulikkottil for neuro patients like me. I’m so glad he was in my surgery. I had very large, bumpy scars from my last craniotomy, and Dr. Pulikkottil made them flat and smooth. They healed so fast! He and his staff are very friendly and helpful, as well! I’m grateful for their help in my craniotomy.
Just one week ago I was in search of a surgeon who would be capable of SKILLFULLY closing a large scalp wound which was left open down to the skull, and resulting from a Mohs procedure performed in Florida. Dr Pulikkottil and staff were very thorough with my care plan. I appreciated that he was willing to chat one last time right before surgery. My wound looks amazing so far and I'm certain it will only continue to improve.
I’ve had several visits to the office of Dr. Pulikkottil and his team at Swedish Hospital and the Burn Reconstructive Center. EVERY visit and EVERY person has been kind, caring and wonderful. Dr. P and his team provided me a fascinating experience as they fixed my issue. I am inspired by them and so grateful to them.
Dr. Pulikkottil was referred to me by another physician and good friend of mine after I smashed my left middle finger between two boulders. I sustained a laceration on my finger and a subungual hematoma beneath my nail. Although my injury was not as severe as many of the issues that Dr. Pulikkottil deals with on a regular basis, he was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Pulikkottil and his staff without hesitation.

He is very involved in his patients surgery and recovery. Tells you how the graft should be looking as it heals and finds where there are potential needs to be taken to help some area heal better
Before Dr. Pulikkottil performed performed closure surgery on my chin, he informed me of the 3 likely procedures that he might use, depending on the outcome of the size and depth of the wound that would be created after the removal of my skin cancer lesion. I appreciated this discussion as it prepared me for the various procedures he might use. Fortunately he was able to use his preferred closure method which turned out to be the least invasive.
