This practice is a joke. So money hungry and doesn't care about patients needs at all. Wish I could give zero stars. They didn't mark that I gave 24 hours for a missed appt and are now charging me a $50 no show fee. I CALLED well in advance. I had walking pneumonia!! I told them I couldn't afford the copay so they've cut off my meds that I so desperately need. Just carelessly said oh well come back when you can pay. I also NEVER met the doctor. Only assistants.
Fenton is very bright, and his associates are excellent. I had a previous psychiatrist that, once out of his 4-week "pain clinic", had no interest in me--it is simple, there wasn't enough money in a patient like myself after they had milked me for several thousand dollars. Fenton has been different from the start.
Horribly unprofessional. Can't seem to show up to the office on time and leave patients waiting for 30+min when he's not even there yet. The office people say they can't ever seem to get him there on time. Unacceptable.
Excellent work. Would not be here without him
