I have once lost my temper at the front desk. I am human I have been going to this office for 12 years with my grandchild. The women were very surprised as I am usually pretty quiet / neutral so I did go back and apologize. I had a bad day took it out on the ( new person ) . On a scale 1-10 I rate the office and Babu had a fabulous reputation with toddlers. I like Cindy Barish the other Dr. There. Fast to get script to pharmacy. Pharmacy. Slow to fill. Great professional and caring team , they would even find the time to call you after hours or they turn you down if you have a sick child and no appointment .
