If you ask, offers thorough explanations, as detailed as you can handle, of problems, procedures, outcomes. Has a very busy multi-location practice; you will have to wait a bit to see him. But he does not act rushed when he is with you. Does not sell unnecessary surgery. Tries hard to accommodate out of network insurance and limit patient out of pocket costs.
