I don't know what happened but the services today was awful. The resident, and nurse Erica were just awful. especially erica, trying to use fear tactics and acting like a know it all when I was asking questions about vaccine an autism. I research too and look into articles that are not just looking into benefits. I like to look at both for and against to make my decision. then she threatened to basically call my insurance company. He has been my doctor since I was born and I’m not 21 and he is still the only doctor I trust with my life he is very friendly and professional love the service 🥰✌🏽
I am very disappointed. I've been going nearly 17 years with Dr. Alvarez, but today I took my two daughters and granddaughter to Dr's office at the North clinic and they didn't let me in the room with my daughter and the baby. They set me aside with one of my daughter's ,in another room, and when my other daugther called me to help her fill in the medical forms, I found out that the boyfriend and his father were in the room with her. I took her to take the physical yet I couldn't even be there with her.
I like the open schedule, no appointments. I dislike the fact that with Private Insurance they charge a co-pay when you walk in even for a physical (vaccines). In the room the NP asked if there was anything wrong I said no, because there wasn’t. She persisted...mocos, couch, fever, anything? No. Diaper rash? She had, I’ve been applying the cream and it’s almost gone. Then she turned to her assistant and said, “well I guess we can put that”.
