Been going to Dr Atkinson for years. Very good service.
40 minute wait for an appointment i was on time for is absurd. of course i am frustrated given my circumstances, but to fabricate to my mother is also outrageous. a “business” with employees so out of touch is questionable in terms of quality of care and efficiency. quite literally no one else aside from a man who came after i did was awaiting to be seen.. not a single update when i am growing frustrated with the lack of respect for my time. all of the employees are way way WAYY old enough to have learned to properly CARE fo... read more
Staff seem pretty friendly. Really outdated equipment and went for possible eye injury when Dr what had happen all I got is you have dry eyes my eye still bothers me even with eye drops so issue wasn't solved
When I showed up for app for 15 minutes they couldn’t find no record of me ever being there even after I told them I’ve been seen by Dr for 10 plus years. Then they messed up my prescription order of three pairs I couldn’t believe it not so much as a I’m sorry. I’ll still go to see Dr Atkinson but take my script elsewhere
