After waiting for 2 hours, Dr. Stepanian came in and gave me a hug. She had a new nurse with her, but did not ask me if I was comfortable having someone there. I felt more uncomfortable as she discussed having children earlier in my life when I did not come in to discuss those issues. I was feeling quite anxious about the exam and told the doctor of this, but she quickly dismissed and laughed about it. They also never released my lab results and were difficult to deal with regarding billing.
I will be happy to recommend you Dr.Assia to others.You have been such a great doctor throughout these yesrs.I wish others can expertise as a doctor. You have been more than a doctor to our family,but also a good friend to us.I am relieved knowing that you are there taking care of us. Thank you Dr.Assia Stepanian.
Families all over the world NEED to know about Dr. Assia A. Stepanian! Dr. Assia A. Stepanian practices with genuine compassion. Once again, she has delivered beyond exceptional care to me & some of my family members & friends & even their parents etc. She went above & beyond & coordinated her schedule to be present w/ Dr. Boveri during my high risk & major surgery.!!! This is rare indeed, if not nonexistent! She ensured that I was in the absolute best hands. Thank you is not enough!!!
Thank you Dr. Stepanian!!!! I have had two very bad experiences with doctors and avoided seeking care as a woman because of those. Dr. Stepanian made me feel comfortable from the first minute I met her. She was referred by a friend who knew the problems I was having. She called me and said, "You have to go see this lady!" I am so excited and relieved to know I have found a doctor that will take the time to listen to me and not dismiss me. Truly a caring and loving doctor!!!!!!
Dr. Stepanian is hands down the most caring, intelligent, ethical, and kind physician I have ever had the joy of receiving care from. She has helped save my life and as a nurse I can say that with full meaning. She is a blessing in my life and you will love her!
My office visits have always been very pleasant....The staff there is very welcoming and always in good spirit.. Dr.Stepanin is awesome!!! After my surgery she would call to see how I was doing..I love how attentive she was/is and how pationate she is about her patients..
Dr. Stepanian has been wonderful to work with over the past few months. She was recommended to me by another physician and I am so thankful for that. She has been so kind to myself and my husband through all of our visits, testings, surgery, and pre-operative care. I had a very large cyst on my ovary (18 cm) and endometriosis and she was able to remove all of it and also she was able to save my ovaries and my tubes. Being her patient has been such a blessing.
The worst experience ever. The staff are very rude and mean. The doctor make you wait in the examination room for more than one hour then she rushes you. Her medical assistant doesn't have tact or even wear a uniform. The only nice thing is that the office is very well decorated.
My experience at the Dr. Assia Stepanian office was the worst I ever had. I waited at the examination room for a really long time, then when the doctor came to the room she rushes and does not listen to the patient. I had one very unpleasant experience. Her staff is so crude and mean! Also I became a bit worried because her medical assistant which was very mean to me was wearing casual clothes, very unprofessional. The only good thing is that the office is real nice decorated.
