Dr. Stepanian is the most caring and warm doctor I've ever had. She has taken such good care of me over the years, from first meeting me when I needed surgery, to taking care of my annual exams, I feel so well cared for thanks to her incredible knowledge and experience and her manner. You can just tell that she really cares about her patients and wants to take the time to make sure we're getting the very best care.
Dr. Stepanian has changed my life. She diagnosed my problems and help with a solution. Wonderful surgeon, amazing professional!!! Very impressed and I come from a family of doctors. On top of that she’s sweet and caring which helps so much on delicate times, she makes you feel comfortable. Her staff is qualified, professional and very caring too. The best thing that happened to me in 2018.
I first came to Dr. Stepanian with Stage IV Endo. From the first appointment, I could tell how attentive and patient she is. She listened to me. She was there during every step of my struggle, even when I was technically out of her care. It has been 9 months since my last surgery and I recently had a check up. I was so happy to share my progress. Dr. Stepanian is the kind of person that doesn't only note your accomplishments, but rejoices with you in them. I am so thankful for her care!
Dr. Stepanian has been my gynecologist for several years now and I couldn’t be more pleased. She is caring and always takes time to answer any questions. She wants you to understand everything she is doing and any treatments she may suggest. I had a hysterectomy in the Spring and she checked on me several times over a weekend and gave me her cell phone number and an alternate number in case I needed her. She is the best and we are lucky to have a doctor in our city with integrity and compassion
I have been going to Dr. Stepanian for almost 3 years now. Bedside manner is extremely important to me and she is kind, warm, soft spoken, and spends a lot of time with me. She will go over every single concern you have, no matter how big or small. I have many health issues and I can tell that she truly cares and wants me to get better. She is the best of the best. Please give her a try! You will love her like I do!
Her office staff has been friendly and helpful. Dr Stepanian herself is warm and reassuring. She takes the time to fully discuss any issues or concerns you may have. I was punctually seen in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Well, where should I start? Long wait time, very peculiar bedside manners, irresponsible office staff. Do not recommend.
Would not suggest working with this doctor and her staff. Aside from the "friendly" image she is trying to project (hugs and stuff), she is very basic doctor from her skills, knowledge and background perspectives. Her office team would lie, misinform and overcharge you at any opportunity they have. Terrible place, do not go there.
Honestly, such a waste of time; do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
