Staff came in and out of the room while she had my legs spread apart. I felt that was very disrespectful. She used her psychic abilities to tell me what is wrong BEFORE the test results. The results were in opposition to what she said. Also the staff were extremely rude.
3yrs ago my life was completely turned upside down.I went from being a healthy, vibrant 43yro to a recluse. chained to the bathroom! ANYTHING I ate made me sick, with chronic diarrhea, constipation, excruciating body pain, constant nausea., weight loss of about 60lbs! Dr. Stepanian is truly a life changer! She is beyond fabulous. Finding her has brought me immense happiness, and in my personal opinion, she has saved my life. Her exceptional knowledge of the female anatomy, along with her caring and understanding nature, makes you feel valued as a patient. Who wants to visit a gynaecologist!??? Not me! Dr. Stepanian’s office and team make the experience “spa like” and stress free. The Dr. Is empathetic, professional and very interested in what you have to say. Addressed my concerns and follow up was exactly as promised. Would give 10 stars if possible.
I waited almost an hour and a half to see her. She had not 1 but TWO people come in to ask me the same questions. No one introduced who they were or performed proper hand hygiene. You have to watch or they will bill you for everything- things you did not ask for and then she will turn around and say you have to communicate with HER so that she doesn’t perform things you didn’t ask her to do. NO- you ask the patient if they want extra procedures that they didn’t ask you for. Unprofessional. Front desk was very nice.
Dr. Stepanian is a highly skilled doctor and surgeon. She knows how to treat many disorders. She is very kind and took great care with my procedure. Pre and post operative appointments were always handled with patience by the doctor and her staff. Dr. Stepanian answered all my questions and provided excellent care. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Stepanian. She's brilliantly wise, exceptionally thorough, personally warm, and she will figure out what's going on in your body. I originally went to her for endometriosis pain that had been debilitating for nearly 30 years, and I have now been entirely pain-free since she performed my surgery two years ago. Ms. Regina will move heaven and earth to get you the quickest appointment, and she is just the sweetest woman that you will ever meet. She is amazing at efficiency! She always helps me, even if she calls me multiple times to make sure I receive an important message from Dr. Stepanian by the end of the day. Angela, Diana, and Katherine are amazing nurses. The Best Physician. In fact another physician referred her to me stating she is “The Doctor of all Doctors” and he couldn’t of said it better. The staff there from the Receptionist Ms. Regina, Katherine, and all the Nurses are kind, gentle, and courteous. They truly create a beautiful environment which is a reflection of their own hearts.
