I was seeing a different doc for YEARS for low back pain, leg pain & difficulty walking. I tried PT, spinal injections, steroids, weight loss, etc with no success & he refused to do surgery. Dr. Darwish is the best! I’m two years out from a lumbar fusion and I can’t even begin to express how great I’m feeling. Dr. Darwishs work has completely changed my life for the better! Every step of the way he and his staff have made me feel so comfortable and confident. I knew I would do well after seeing all of the reviews but I still had my doubts. His assistant Sarah put my nerves at ease before and after surgery which I couldn’t be more grateful for. Highly recommend this doctor for any spine issues!!!

Almost 1 year ago July 18, 2022! Some small restrictions yet but THANK YOU JESUS and Dr. DARWISH AND CREW! I'm even bowling on the wii. No pain, no pills, rebuilt my deck around the pool! I made the appointment after reading the reviews online and am so glad I did. Every positive review was right. Initial consult made me feel confident. Dr Darwish and his staff at Western Springs are professional. Sarah Rehman answered the many questions I had post surgery quickly. I am 7 weeks out of lumbar fusion surgery and doing well. Dr. Darwish performed my cervical multi level discectomy and fusion. He and his team were incredible. Our consult was comfortable, professional and not rushed. He answered all of my questions. Nadine and Ashley were so helpful every step of the way. Nadine was so helpful and I was able to email her with questions. They also did a great job calming my nerves and Dr. Darwish had an excellent bedside manner.
I had excruciating sciatic pain and went to see Dr. Darwish. He ordered an MRI and when the results of the MRI showed that I had a very bad disc herniation, he scheduled surgery for a few days later. I was so grateful I did't have to wait because I was in so much pain. The surgery went smoothly and I am now pain free.
