Dr Ali has been my kids pedi since my first was born, almost 12 years ago. He is a kind and very informative. Yes, they are busy, taking a little long at times but I understand. They make sure that if I need my kids to be seen, they always have find time to schedule them in the same day or asap. We love Dr Ali! The staff is very helpful as well.

I booked appointments months in advance. The day before the appointment they leave a voice message to confirm appointment. Then, 2 hours later leave another voice message stating that the appointment is cancelled a doctor decides not to come in. This is an inconvenience because I drove from out of town (6 hrs) for the appointment. They didn't offer to send to a practitioner or provide referral to another doctor. Bad business.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Ali since the day she was born. 14 years ago. We love this doctor. He gives excellent care. Very interested in her well being. Very professional staff as well.

Been taking my kids since my 1st child was born 11 yrs ago. Shows that he cares for my family. Listens and answers all my questions.

Every time we went here we would wait almost 2 hours to be seen because ashmead would have about 5 to 6 other patients he's trying to see all at the same time. When he did finally see us it was brief and he stands the whole time without giving you eye contaxt. I find him cold and not really child friendly. We have found a new paeditrician now.
