RecommendedDr. Ramon Arreola is an excellent doctor. I like the way how he works and how he treats his patients. Being bilingual is even better. His colleagues are good too. Highly recommend this doctor
I love Dr Arreola, but I never get out of his office under an hour. I brought my daughter for a checkup at 4:00. The hygienist finally came to clean her teeth at 4:35. We waited til about 5:05 and the Dr still had not come in. I have too much to accomplish and couldn’t wait, so we left without her being seen by him. He’s great, but his office books way too many patients at a time.
They take too long in calling u back to see dentist last time i was there they took one hoir and half just to call me back to sit on a chair and wait more time ��
I love the staff and the dentist...but I really hate the wait time!!!
I give it 3 stars due to the long wait. Other then that, they do a great job!!
The wait time for both appointments I made for my daughter was ridiculous. Over 2 hours both times till we got out of there. If you can't manage time better than don't schedule so many people at one time, that's what time slots are for to allow for time with each patient without making the next one sit forever. A cleaning should be 20 minutes in and out, that's what my dentist office does. Took her to SmileKrafters much better service.
My son and I have a great first experience here. The Dr was very thorough and the staff was great. I highly recommend them!
