Staff and dr are easy to talk to. Unfortunately when you call the office the call goes to a call center. They will not transfer you. Call center is the reason I will not be going there anymore when I'm released. There is no way to call office directly. It's bad when you have questions about your health and can't get an actual person from the office.
Dr.Lim did a fantastic job on a three ligament shoulder repair surgery that he completed on my severely damaged shoulder. I am thankful that he suggested the Plasma Replacement Therapy which helped a great deal in recovery. His staff was wonderful and he was great at addressing all of my concerns. Overall I had a great experience with him as my Surgeon.
