So grateful to be seen by Dr. Burns. She is amazingly prompt and concise. I like that she is direct and to the point but also open to answer questions. I really appreciate that in the past, when I have needed a support worker present, she takes the time to ensure their notes about the appointment are accurate and that I understand following steps. I had an appointment today. Very friendly comfortable atmosphere. Dr burns put me at ease. Very easy to talk to. I felt better after I left. Just wished. I could have talked longer. I understand that she has to see other patients.
