Dr. Gupta is the best psychiatrist and best doctor period that I have ever had. He is thorough and always listens. He looks out for the best interest of his patients. I am so lucky to have him as my doctor.
PA Isabella Osposka under Dr Gupta hurried me through, kept cutting me off, gave me an erroneous diagnosis, treated me with harshness & disrespect and then refused to treat me or to let me transfer to the actual DR who I was trying to schedule with in the 1st place. The office manager wasn't much nicer. I left in tears after begging for help and was turned away because of this ladies ego. I am in the field myself & have never seen such a thing! My complaint will be going all the way to the board
Dr. Gupta has helped me out a lot. He gave me the right medication and it was like a light switch. I feel like a productive member of society now and I have Dr. Gupta to thank for that.
Dr Gupta is a very kind and caring doctor. He is very personabale to keep our appointments at ease and verablizes what should be done. I needed to come in a little sooner than expected to possibly revise my dose which he did he requested I call him back about my BP and how the med are but and she said she will just leave a message. I'm also reminding that I will be out 3 month and only have one refill so I might need another apptZ she rudely said I have to walk in. then hung up
A real lack of empathy. At every appointment, he would ask why I was taking a particular drug, a drug he prescribed and has authorized many refills. He was very reluctant to authorize time off from work when I was having severe panic attacks, mood swings, and tics related to the anxiety. He and his staff were not friendly, but cold and dismissive. If you’re looking for a good psychiatrist in Las Vegas keep looking.
Dr. Gupta does not care about his patients well being. He is burned out. I actually got worse while under his care.
I am extremely grateful for his immediate understanding of my issues.
So glad I found Dr. Gupta. I have been with him for years and followed him wherever he goes. Can't stress enough how GREAT of a Doctor he is.
Dr. Gupta has done an excellent job in determining the proper medication for my bipolar disorder. He has superb communication skills, and his office staff is extremely competent and friendly.
