This is the worst doctor. You should avoid to not wasting your time.
Went here for a couple of weeks straight with my grandpa. Dr. Antony Chen is extremely impatient, bad attitude, and rude to patients that doesn't speak english nor mandarin. He is the only worker in the clinic, no nurse and no front desk, I called twice to ask for a referral code and he hung up on me twice. Estimate wait time is at least 2 hours. Speaks extremely fast and doesn't give clear instructions on many things.

the front desk lady have very bad attitude, if you ask her questions will be very impatient.
