had a shoulder problem and he foun a lcjoint and collar bone had been pushed to gether after a fall i had surgery and am back to normal in just three weeks.
Dr Flores and his team have an effective process for moving patience through their visits. Everyone comes across as knowledgeable and in touch with what will happen next. Dr. Flores is of course a knowledgeable medical professional and very pleasant demeanor. Most importantly he listens to the patients and does not dismiss any comment until he is clear as to the patient's point of view.
On time visit. Dr. knew what my problem was an how to fix it, right there. Good experience

I met Dr Flores yesterday and his whole staff did a great job of diagnostics and treated my painful arthritis in my hand. There was no waiting and he administered a shot that revitalize my hand. He was thoroughly enjoyable and friendly and all the nurses and PA did s great job. Today I’m feeling so much better and can carry out my activities! Thank you all for treating me. This organization is the best. I have seen 2 other Drs for other conditions and always been grateful to have found such a great team.
Both of my shoulders were causing terrible pain when I arrived. The staff was totally kind, professional, and above all they took the time to LISTEN, which we all know is rare quality in a lot of offices! By the time Dr. Flores came in, I was certain I had come to the right place and he did not disappoint! Cleared me for an injury which two other medical providers contradicted. I was eventually given a disabled rating for an injury he said was perfectly fine. I've heard good things about him from other patients but if you've got a situation that isn't totally cut and dry, I would avoid him at all costs. Unprofessional, unempathetic, and was totally wrong in his diagnosis.
Dr. Flores was so very kind and had an excellent bedside manner. He was very thorough and explained everything up front. Including what options we may need to take in the future. Not only was I impressed with him, but his staff was also very nice as well as efficient. I’m very glad that my PCP referred me to this doctor and group rather than to someone or someplace else. Dr. Flores and his staff were extremely kind, thorough, and exceptional in treating me.
