Was what I expect from a health care provider.
I had a bone spur removed from my shoulder. Dr. Flores put me at ease right from the start. I was absolutely comfortable with his diagnoses and course of treatment. Everything about my visits was great from walking in the door to the time I walked out. Would not hesitate recommending Dr. Flores to my friends and family.
All staff were friendly and efficient. Dr Flores was knowledgeable and presented options and plan of care.
Very caring,patient, listens takes his time with you. I feel that I'm in good care with him.
I would describe him as a “wrecking ball” He walks in, says a couple of things, no explanation, doesn’t answer your questions and walks out. He basically told me “there’s nothing I could do for you, maybe another guy can take a look at it.” Referring to my shoulder, completely unprofessional and a complete disregard for my shoulder condition. If I could give him 0 stars, I would! Needless to say, I’m being treated by a REAL doctor.
Dr Flores is a good Doctor I'm glad to have see me. Precise and explains what I have and what my options are. Professional yet compassionate.
Made me fill at ease, friendly and explained everything to me and how we will proceed.
I had Dr. Flores for left shoulder surgery 10 yrs ago and the results were great. Now that my right shoulder is having issues I know he will make it better. I trust him with my care and know the outcome will be great. Thank you Dr. Flores!
Unlike so many doctors these days, he was personable, attentive and did not seem in a rush. It was very much appreciated
