From the check in process to the nurses intake info to meeting with Dr Flores, I was impressed w the professional, courteous treatment I received. Dr Flores and his nurse explained everything. I would highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with initial nurse, nurse practitioner and Dr. Flores. However, I was in the office for three hours. Problem getting my x-rays from radiology group, which took time, and I wound up having an x-ray anyway. Should have bypassed radiology x-ray and gone right to orthopedist for them to take x-rays. Apology offered and accepted! Good chance cortisone shot administered will solve problem. I would definitely recommend Dr. Flores.
