My office visit with Dr. Flores was great. He and his staff made me feel very at ease.
Always pleased with my visits to Dr. Flores. Never rushed, good explanations and follow-up.
I was very pleased with initial nurse, nurse practitioner and Dr. Flores. However, I was in the office for three hours. Problem getting my x-rays from radiology group, which took time, and I wound up having an x-ray anyway. Should have bypassed radiology x-ray and gone right to orthopedist for them to take x-rays. Apology offered and accepted! Good chance cortisone shot administered will solve problem. I would definitely recommend Dr. Flores.
Dr. Flores and his staff were very helpful and wonderful during and after my injury. I will recommend Orthopedic Surgery Center to all my family and friends. Thank you for helping me get back to work.

Excellent surgeon, friendly, professional and treated me several times for different problems.
Very pleasant person with a pleasant staff. Too soon to tell whether I would recommend him to others. It took me 1 1/4 hours to get checked in and see him so I was not impressed with the check in process and not used to it either.
