The office staff at this location is very unprofessional. They never answer the phone. My husband needs his high blood pressure medication, and despite the pharmacy contacting this office, nothing gets done. I recommend choosing a different doctor, as this one seems more focused on charging your insurance than on patient care.

Wow! Just Wow! I have never seen any service person care so little about another human being. Worst experience to have just called Dr. Wong’s office in Pembroke Pines. I have been a member of this office for over 20 years. They have no clue who I am. Also, it appears the business was sold, again, and Dr. Wong only sees Medicare Patients. The place used to be good, but it's getting worse. I had an appointment for a follow-up after being released from the hospital. When I arrived, I had to wait in line behind three people to sign my name. They gave me a form to fill out, but when I returned it, the front desk lady informed me that my appointment had been canceled because I was late and they wanted to reschedule for another day. Remember that I live 35 minutes from the medical center.
