Horrible. After giving me a preoperative physical, his words as he left the office were 'don't die on the table.' He suggested my 15-year-old smoke pot to 'zone out' after a concussion. When it was Christmas Eve and I needed antibiotics, so called to ask if I could please have a script called in for my UTI (which come on fast and furious), I never even received a phone call back (this was considered urgent but not an emergency, thus called the medical dental line).

I called Dr. Lattanzio's office to try to get an appointment and the woman that answered the phone was very flip and not helpful at all. I'm a nurse and not easely put off, but this woman really put me off. She was rude. Dr. Lattanzio should know that this is happening.
