The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Check-in staff and X-day were knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Avery has a pleasant disposition and kind bedside manner. I received outstanding care now and four years ago when I had knee surgery. I will definitely return for any Orthopaedic needs I have.
First time patient. Went with a wrist injury, a De Quervain syndrome. Dr. Avery attended to it. While I was a bit familiar with what was going on (not a doc myself, but through research), Dr. Avery made sure to explain to me the injury, inform me of the options, and the undertook the first option-a cortisone shot. Saw Dr. Avery for check up of my knees and to get cortisone shot. He was prompt, thorough and handled my visit with a positive attitude and consummate professionalism.
Dr. Avery is an excellent caregiver He listens to the patient, goes over and explains X-rays and test results with the patient,explains in detail the plan of care, and follows up on progress. He answers questions in great detail.
