He's is great. He knows his stuff and explains it well. Wait times are crazy. I think they overbook but he does not rush his visit with you which could explain some of it. I would rather be prepared to wait and have him spend quality time with me.
Absolutely terrible office staff! Don't expect anyone from their office to call you back. Forget pain management no one cares about you in that office. Empty no patients office staff sitting at desk shopping on computer drinking coffee and they still won't help or answer the phone !!! Really! Do not go to the Capital Region Spine!
