I love my PA there, Megan, so the complaints are about the worst IT staff ever. Their portal has constant issues and their IT refuses to deal with portal issues and makes the poor front desk person relay information. This is not fair to front desk and keeps them away from their primary duties. The issues are specific to their IT; I use the same portal/EHR with other providers and have no issue. Their practice manager should fire their MSP and get a new one.
Great service. Dr. Jackson does a very good job analyzing and providing the best care for her patients!

I have been a patient of Dr. Anita Jackson for at least 7 years now. She has helped me so much. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone. My only complaint is the nurse practitioner. She was incompetent and very rude. I will be very happy when Anita Jackson returns from her vacation. I recommend anyone to see Dr. Anita Jackson, but the nurse practitioner is a definite note for me
