Satisfied enough with the NP at the office but absolutely mystified how this doctor is not reported to the board for lack of follow up. I've called the office 4 times in the last two weeks trying to get my results for my X-Ray, I've never gotten a call back! Nurse paractitioners are supposed to be more concerned regarding patient care and holistic health but she doesn't call back either! I tried going there on Friday but their office closes at noon. Needless to say, I'm changing doctors ASAP.
Very great staff. However, it is difficult to get a visit as they are always so booked up in advance. Sick visits are impossible sometimes. Otherwise they are very caring and Dr. Jackson is terriffic as well as her NP's
It is very difficult to ever see Dr. Jackson due to scheduling. I've only seen her once when she went over the results of an xray with me (broken collar-bone). The rest of the time, I have had to see the Nurse Practitioner. Seeing a Nurse Practitioner would not bother me so much, except the Nurse Practitioner is rude and she constantly belittles my illnesses. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
ANITA, you are FIRED DONT BOTHER with this doctor. Been with her for over 15 years. I haven't been able to get an appointment with her since 2008. im always sent to deborah (who is wonderful and the only reason ive put up with this for so long) i was sick and opted to go to the office and set up an appointment the other day and lone behold she has completely dissapeared. tried to call the number, no one picks up. as it turns out she moved offices and didn't have the common decency to send out mail notifications. why bother h... read more
Trying to get in contact with this office is absolutely horrible. I can never get through. The line is either busy or the line keeps ringing with no voicemail. It is a nightmare trying to make an appt. I can never get an appt with Dr. Jackson and half the time she isn't even in the office. Staff doesn't smile when you walk in. I had an appt with the PA and she was only with me for 5 min and walked out. Time to make a change and find a doctor who actually care about their patients.
