Dr Anil Shrestha is the best doctor I’ve ever had for my diabetes I will never change!!
Unprofessional and Unreliable. I never complain about anyone, but after 25 missed calls and voicemails trying to schedule appointments, they tried to bill me for missing appointments that were completely their fault. Then, the doctor refused to speak to me and fix the situation after waiting 2 hours in his office and calling off work. Clearly, they do not value or respect their patients
Front office staff is rude and offensive. Talk down to patients and order them around like they are cattle. One classles individual named Amy was particulary offensive and should go back to school and read up on how to treat customers.
I personally like this Dr. a lot. Would like there phone system different as not easy to get straight to that office.
