I personally like this Dr. a lot. Would like there phone system different as not easy to get straight to that office.
PATIENT BEWARE: Dr. Shrestha has horrible bedside demeanor!! Knowledgeable, yes. But not very personable at all. Cold and frigid. I joked as an ice breaker during my first baseline appointment and he didn't bite. Reluctantly, I still came back 3 months later. Worse! Second visit imploded in the room. Dr. Shrestha got a little challenging and pushy when I asked questions and stated what my primary care doctor recommended -- an outside medical opinion which did NOT align with the insulin he was desperately trying to push on me... read more
What a joke. I DONT HAVE TO HAVE A REFERRAL TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT DR. This staff NEEDS. TO. LEARN. INSURANCE. PPO vs HMO. Unable to make an appt after being on HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES. I'm sure the doctors are great, but unfortunately due to the incompetence of unfriendly office staff I will not be going here. I need to be sure I'm billed Appropriately. At this point, i'm not even sure if I could make appointment if I had tests, because they might need me sign off on it before the doctor can read it. Ridiculous!
Do not waste your time trying to schedule an appointment. Front desk staff is so unprofessional.
