This office has so many things wrong with it. Wait times are extremely long, they skip over patients, time management is horrible and after making you wait all day (until closing time) they tell you, they have to schedule you another appointment to complete what you went there for in the first place. Workers give conflicting opinions on what procedures have to be done and then they do what’s best for them without explaining all the options to the patient. Dr. Gupta has been great for my kids and myself. Always kind and patient
Appointment is for 0800. 2nd person to arrive at 0740. No one has called a single pt to the back for treatment and it is now 0830. Ok they are in the back having a meeting . No explanation to anyone. It is 0845 and I have left. Will find another dentist.
Do not recommend this doctors office. They will not answer the phone. Every time I call I receive a text message. Can't get anyone to return my call. They should not be in business if they can't answer the phones are return calls.
