Was too eager to push me off on a specialist. Did absolutely nothing for my pain. Took four phone calls before they got back to me. Spent more time doing her paperwork than helping her patient. Gave no advice or help for a serious problem. Had to wait over an hour and a half to see Dr. Avoid at all costs.
Since Dr. Keon joined the staff at this office, I have received excellent care. She has a wonderful bedside manner and humanity toward me. Taking time and patience with an ill person give a sense of security.
Dr. Keon is an excellent doctor! She takes her time talking to you and answering all questions and is open and honest. She has personally called me at home to see how I was doing when I was ill. She also called me to come in immediately when a test came back negatively. The only down fall is the time to wait to see her, but that is because she does not rush through her patients.
DR. Keon is a caring doctor. She spends the time with you and never rushes through the appointment. This is why the wait time is long. She answers all your questions and even calls to see how you are feeling. If you cant get through to the office and walk in she will take you
Dr. Keon is an excellent Dr. but the way the office is managed is ridiculous!! I think it is out of her control, but they now do not take phone calls until after 2:00 Mondays thru Wednesdays which does not help if you are in need of medical attention!! Who needs this kind of health care!!!
