Dr. Keon is actually a very good doctor ...once you get to see her. I have been to see her 2 times. In every case I have waited over an hour to see her. Today I had an appt. at 11:00. While I waited she wandered into the waiting room 3 times and patients who were there without an appt. started talking to her and in one case she even took one back to see him. My wife and I have been patients of Dr Keon for 6 years. Great doctor that really cares about the patient.
First visit. After seeing her once, I made her my PCP. I was with my other Dr for over 30 yrs. She is a DIAGNOSTIC Dr. She runs the tests to find out everything. I am super impressed with her.

Go see Dr. Keon if you want to waste 2 hours of your time! Seriously, every time you go there you will wait in the exam room for at least 2 hours! I guess her time is more valuable than yours. She orders a million tests, and doesn't treat you for the reason you went to see her in the first place. Won't be returning to see this cracker jack doc ever again.
Absolutely amazing and caring Doctor, went out of her way to handle all of our needs. A Doctor who takes the time to get to know her patients. The wait can be long sometimes, but every doctor is, and she is well worth it. I also found out that she is the only doctor there for 3 days a week and the office is very understaffed. Regardless of these issues, Dr Keon never neglected our care and is truely the best doctor around.
I am a 24 year old healthy, active person. Ordering blood work is ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY! Staff is completely rude and laughed at me on the phone when I was asking them serious questions. Last appointment was almost a year ago (all you need for a just a checkup) and was told I need to have a"new patient" appointment and cannot get me in for over a month. Last time I was there I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and in the exam room for OVER and hour! Currently looking for a new PCP!
Dr Keon is very caring of her patients. Answers all my questions at my level of understanding. Because she cares so much for her patients, wait times can be extreme waiting for her to finish with her previous patient. Just don't be in a hurry bc she's always there for you. Bring a book to read.
