Dr. Keon is a great doctor, and I am so happy that I found her.
Dr. Keon is an extremely caring and thorough physician who spends a lot of time with her patients. It is quite unfortunate and a shame that her office is extremely disorganized with exorbitant wait times due to incompetent scheduling. In addition her incoming phone lines are rarely available. Case in point. The phone lines have not been on for 4 days and there is no email available for you to contact them(I wonder why?) Dr Keon is a wonderful PCP. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and supportive. She covers all the bases during her visits which yes, means you often have to wait, but she gives you the time you need when you're with her. As a Master's prepared RN I appreciate that she keeps abreast of current practices. The other providers to whom she's had to refer me have been just awesome. A physician who is caring, takes the time to take care of her patients by not rushing through the doctor patient process. And, she knows her stuff!!! She has been my primary care physician for about 5 years now.
A true physician, who actually spends all the time you require, with you. I have found her staff to be efficient and pleasant. My wife and I have been patients for three years, and we both highly recommend her.

Excellent, caring Doctor in a disorganized office. It's a shame her appointment scheduling is so screwed up and causes horrible wait times. Changed PCP because of this.
Dr. Keon is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable physician. The office staff is another story. They can be very rude to the patients and definitely mismanage her time and appointment schedule. If you are planning on becoming a patient of this office, prepare yourself for a long wait!! You will need hours of time to get through an appointment. It is a very frustrating experience
Amazing. She is a diagnostic Dr. I am a retired EMT so I have tons of experiences with Drs. She is awesome. Yes there WILL be a long wait. She takes her time with each and every pt. If you need an hour of her time you will get it. Well WORTH THE WAIT. I have waited a lot longer for other Drs. Trust me she is worth the wait. She will take someone that maybe sick over over my appt if its a follow up. I promise if I was sick I would also want to be seen before a follow up. GO SEE HER.
