I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service. I requested my medical records over a week ago, paid the required fee, and have sent multiple follow-ups with no response. I made it clear this was urgent as I need these documents to access my medication, and I have now been without it for over a week. Dr Savery went on holiday for a couple of months leaving my grandson with no meds, despite a review meeting and assuring us that he had organised the script. He has been under his care for approx 10 years. Their policy of no phone calls only email (that went unanswered) meant my grandson went through unnecessary withdrawal until we could beg another paediatrician to review and dispense meds. Dr Savery has never, to this day, responded to my five emails pleading for help. What a joke!

Dr Savery himself is great, but his wife / receptionist is very rude. She never returns emails or phone calls and is impossible to get hold of if you need to change appointments or just to ask a question as you can't leave a message. If they change an appointment your told she will be in touch. That never happens. Her attitude is 'go somewhere else' but good luck finding someone because Dr Savery is 'the best'. She is always complaining about how busy they are. Very unorganised, unprofessional and messy.
