If I could give less than a star I would. While the front staff tries to help, they have no medical background, can’t answer questions, and continue to just send messages to Dr. Ruppersberger, who then refuses to contact patients and won’t allow you to schedule an appointment to discuss concerns. The messages keep going between front staff and I’m forced to discuss private details of my medical history with people who don’t need to and shouldn’t know.
