Awesome doctors and staff.
It’s very obvious that patients do not matter here. Other than 1 front desk staffer, the rest are consistently rude. One night while sitting alone in the waiting room for me, my husband heard them making fun of patients in front of a doctor. It is next to impossible to get a sick appointment in a reasonable time frame. Once I had to wait 5 weeks to get seen for a UTI. I am coming here from last 9 years and waited for doctor minimum 40-45 minutes all the times, but 1st time I got 14 minutes late due to a heavy traffic jam, I gave them a courtesy call to inform the same, but they cancel my appointment. I reached and requested but front staff didn’t care at all. Felt miserable.
