Great experience as always at Carolina Retina Institute. Both my wife and I have had cataract surgery with Dr. Kumar (she recommended him to me). I return regularly to address other ongoing issues. The staff is always very nice and knowledgeable - they route me through a series of tests and scans at different stations. I've needed cataract surgery for a couple of years now. I was seeing another Optometrist. My husband is a patient of Dr. Kumar's and convinced me to trust my eye care to him . Dr. Kumar and his professional staff put my mind at ease. Just had my first eye done on 3/11/25 , and I'm scheduled for my second eye in two weeks. If you been dragging your feet like I did, go see Dr Kumar he'll put your mind at ease.
