Short waiting time. Extremely pleasant desk staff. Intake information NA was thorough. Dr, McDonald was right on time. Those are just the surface observations. He was relaxed and examined me and gave me his assessment of the situation. Spoke about past “family” surgeries and visits. I have been his patient for over 10 years. My “knee” still works like new.
