10 years ago at age 74 I thought I’d never be able to mow my half-acre yard with a pushmower because my right knee had to be replaced. Thanks to the best orthopedic surgeon anywhere, I’ve been able to mow grass, sand cabinets in my son’s shop & anything else I’ve wanted in the last 10 years & my knee is still working great! Now at age 84 I’m ready for left knee replacement, so back to the best, Dr. McDonald, who’ll keep me going strong for next 10 years! Excellent staff! Joyce K. Jasper GA ??

I had a very satisfactory experience. As a veterinarian I had understanding of the elements of my problem. His assessment was logical, and accurate. I would have no hesitation referring Dr McDonald.
Dr. McDonald was professional with all my appointments/then surgery, but he also showed a genuine concern about my well being. He is good in discussing any issues which helps you feel less anxiety. I had knee replacement and it is very painful but Dr. McDonald's concerns and recommendations for my recovery helps me know I will eventually come through this.
Dr. Allen McDonald and his staff provided the me the best care and recovery before and after my surgery. Dr. McDonald went up and beyond his obligations as a surgeon and check in on my before and after my surgery to make sure that I was doing good and had no complications or needs. I would highly recommend Dr. McDonald to anyone looking to get a knee or hip replacement surgery. His work and attention to detail and care for his patience is top notch. Thank you again for everything!
Dr McDonald and his PA are good.... If you can ever get an appt with them. If your insurance doesn't pay the full bill then you have to go thru billing before you can schedule an appointment. It took me a solid week of calling 5 to 12x daily to get a call returned (and this isn't the first time) just to pay them $38 so I could schedule an appointment. I'm in terrible pain and can barely walk and now the appointment desk is telling me that the first appt is 3.5 weeks from now. OFFICE IS A MESS
Dr. McDonald did a THR on me just 3 days ago, and I couldn't wait to write this review. After a terrible experience last year with a Dr. from Resurgens who had me walking w/o crutches day 1 after he repaired my labral tear ( A BUG no-no), I was unsure if I could expect good care from Dr. McDonald. Boy, was I WRONG! Honestly, Dr. McDonald and his Surgical Coordinator, Yasmine have been THE BEST. I got great medical care & superior customer service despite this being a WC claim. Peachtree is #1
He botched my mothers k we replacement. Had to redo it. It still did not turn out satisfactory.
