Doctor is great but.... Receptionist and medical assistant have no patients with kids and seem to be in a bad mood often. Would rather have some one warm and fuzzy with children on her team!!!!! Then I'd say 5!

Yes Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
My children have been Dr Alla's patients since infancy. She's a wonderful caring pediatrician who prides herself on always being there for your child. I called her often at night when my oldest was a newborn! Yes she often has a full waiting room, especially during sick season but she spends the time required for every child. She will also will see your child that morning if they wake up horribly sick. Or if they're sent home from school sick.
