My experience with Dr. Austin was great until I lost insurance and could no longer see her. She refused to refill my prescriptions, leaving me now back where I started, all because I'm not valuable to her anymore. It's obvious my wellbeing is not of her concern. The staff in her office is awful. They're all cold and impossible to reach without going in. It takes weeks of voicemails to get a human on the phone, and when you do they are rude and dishonest. Really sweet lady. They get you in and out in matter of no time. I take my daughter once a month and we're never there more than an hour.
