Dr Guirguis is an outstanding doctor. He is thorough and spends quality time with his patients. In addition he is a fabulous surgeon. I always know that I will get the very best care with this doctor.
I am beyond blessed that Doctor Guirguis is my doctor. Such a kind and caring person.
Dr. Guiguis was different and innovative with respect to putting pressure on me to have surgery. He said he respected my right to choose; however all the options he gave me and all paths led to surgery. Surgery by the way I did not need. He talked about all the surgeries he has performed if one does the math all paths led to millions for him. Women in the reviews talk about what a savor he was, but was he really? Dr Guirguis was everything but a great OBGYN/ Ongonglis . He spoke about region. not science. His techniques to get you to agree to a costly surgery are unquie most Dr's have integrity. Did not find that to be true with him .
Dr Guirguis's staff told me on the phone that he would probably recommend a Hstrocomney for my situation, thought that maybe they jumped to a conclusion rather quickly, but they were correct. Dr Guirguis began to go into sales mode as to why he wanted to remove all my female organs with a Robotic Arm. He gave me all kinds of reason that none of the other Doctors I saw gave me. Dr. Guirguis was incredible, professional and above the "corporate doctor". He was a referred to me by my regular gynecologist. I'm 58 and still was having my period and they wanted to check to make sure no cancer or other issues. I came to his office and he checked everything, and gave me options. Asked if I wanted to have my husband present. Totally respected my rights and my privacy. My husband was with me when I chose to get a hysterectomy. He is extremely patient and understanding. He has a remarkable team and were very helpful to all of my concerns and questions. I will recommend Dr. Guirguis to anyone in need of his expertise.
Best GynOnc EVER!! This wonderful doctor saved my life.
I understand that the Dr is very busy, but so are his patients. The Dr. took not one call but two calls while I sat waiting. He needs to be more organized and set up set times for outside calls and not take calls during his office visits. That showed me that he thinks his time is the most valuable and that he is the most important person in the Room. Was not impressed at all. Bedside manner was not good, he was also very scattered with his thoughts and his approach to provide me with good care.
