Dr. Guirguis and his staff have great difficulty accepting that they are not perfect, when they fail to provide good care and they are rated below five stars they will take great steps to remove that rating, they do this by trying to discredit the patient. These people need to provide care that is consistent, yet they don't and then get very upset when their poor care is highlighted. Would not recommend this practice they can be very a nigtmare to deal with if you need help.

I'm having a hard time even imagining the situations from the previous negative reviews. I found Dr. Guirguis and his staff to be kind, detailed, and easy to work with. I walked into a welcoming and friendly environment, the surgery scheduler took so much time with me answering all my questions, and surgery was a success. Give him a chance and you'll be happy you did!

Dr. Guirguis said my surgery was complex and very difficult. I was very grateful for his work, until another surgeon said that my surgery was simple and basic. Dr. Guirguis Embelished the situation when speaking with me. He also brought religion into our conversations , we think to make himself look more self righteous. He wants postive reviews to promote his newly founded practice GCI, however these techniques are ones we could all do without. Surprisingly we found him to be very dishonest.

Dr Guirguis gave us a song and dance when complications arose from surgery. It was impossible to get a straight answer from him or his staff. They were rude, degrading and dismissive. Instead of apologizing for his poor work he and his staff lashed out and scolded us like it was our fault. He never took care of his Surgical Error nor was he honest about it. Not a nice Office, Doctor or Experience . Would never go back. They also claimed they did a procedure on a bill that they never did.

Dr. Guirguis was a trusted Surgeon, so no reason to doubt what he said, however, he made several statements that were far from the truth when speaking about the Severity of my condition that led to surgery. His statements were not supported by Test results and pathology reports. Felt very misled by Dr. Guirguis.

Dr. Guirguis did not provide responsible care. He was reckless when he said surgery was the only option. He ignored medical facts that pointed to other options. He recommended surgery with long a recovery time. This was not beneficial to us but to him financially. We found him to be focused on promoting himself and his practice. Recovery and Health is good but best to get a second opinion and fact check his statements. Did not find him to be trustworthy.

Dr. Guirguis missed cancer during surgery, then missed it again on a pathology report. He was not detailed oriented. He and his staff are difficult to deal with after a mistake has been identified.

Dr. Guirguis is very warm and compassionate. He spent a lot of time with me and my husband explaining my diagnosis and what he would recommend doing.

Dr. Guirguis performed a procedure that was very painful and was not successful, he showed No compassion for the pain I had to go through because of his recommendation to allow him to do a procedure that didn't work. He tried to correct the problem and caused great pain and made things much worse. Showed no empathy for his mistake. Went to another Dr. Turns out I didn't even need the procedure because there was no evidence of cancer. Terrible experience. All that pain for no reason.
