The doctor is great, sweet, kind, takes care of what's needed...but his receptionist is rude. Every time I need to call, I have major anxiety for days before I have to call. She has absolutely no compassion, no regard for your situation. No matter how sweet and patient I am, she is rude and borderline abusive. I was told to "wait it out" for a severe, bloody diarrhea sickness. I mentioned "No wonder people kill themselves because of severe pain, she unbelievably said "you have to do what you have to do". Nice Dr and always seems as if he cares. He's 👍
Doctor was my mother's primary care physician, I used to drive her to her appointments with him. Years later my insurance appointed Doctor M. To me. He's a great doctor. I would definitely recommend him.
