Our family has been with dr Allen brown since my wife Linda goguen Sullivan son was 7 yrs old now 34. Our youngest daughter now see him since she was 5 now 12 he has been absolutely amazing with her has gone beyond the call of duty he has not only been a god send to us but has helped our family learn we’ll helping out our daughter. Linda passed away in 2020 it was very hard but again dr brown was super he was comforting helpful and very compassionate. He was my first psychiatrist about 38 years ago. Yup back in the 80’s he was the only child/adolescent psychiatrist in Oakville, and anywhere that I know of. His wait time was long (no doubt) he was so busy all day, every day. He had a private practice on Speers, those were the days when psychiatry was at its best at least for my 15-18 year old self who before him had never knew anything about mental health. Great doctor with rich experience and great patience.
Absolutely incredible dr! He is knowledgeable, kind, and makes sure each child is comfortable while in session. We spend 6 years trying to find someone to do a proper autism assessment for one of our children and it was issue after issue - we finally found Dr. Brown and he’s been such an incredible support for us. I can’t recommend him enough!
