The waiting time was far to long. That's what I've seen as complaints on different reviews. We were there for a consult and were there for one hour and forty five minutes.
I had to wait about 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment to see Dr Das. This was most bothersome.

My biggest complaint about this office: The scheduling of follow up appointments is consistently done in a very weird and inefficient manner. The patient waits in the exam room after the doctor leaves, and eventually a staff person comes in and announces the date and time of your follow-up appointment. Since the patient has had no input into coming up with this date and time, they often don't work. Very professional and courteous , Dr Das was exceptional, explained my options and recommended additional tests and scans which I have scheduled. Looking forward to my follow up appointment with Dr Das.
The waiting times are extremely long. Arriving 10 or 15 minutes before your appointment and then waiting almost 45 minutes to actually see the doctor is excessive to say the least. This is not the first time, same thing happened at the Orange location.
