I had Chronic Cholecystitis which left untreated can be potentially life-threatening if left untreated. Even twitch abnormal test results she failed to diagnose me.

My husband Rod and I were a little taken back she looked so young. She turned out to be one of the nicest, well informed, and considerate doctors I ever meet,Never in all my 57 years had a doctor who answered all my questions ,made me feel relaxed, not rushed and secure about my concerns. The day of my procedure she made me feel safe and at ease.Everything went well. I wouldn't trade her for the world. They don't make them like that anymore.

Dr. McCutchen was very professional. I had to have a colonoscopy and I was very nervous about it because I know things can sometimes go wrong. She helped to ease my fears and when I woke up I was perfectly fine. The staff was friendly and I had an overall excellent experience. My follow up appointment was great too. I would highly recommend this doctor! I felt very cared for!

My husband and I had a double date on colonoscopy at the Gainesville office with Dr McCutchen. He has Crons disease and she has been fantastic. He has had no problems since swapping from his last doctor. I would highly recommend her

She’s nice but doesn’t return calls on serious issues & ignores patients concerns. Cannot reach real person except for receptionist who patches you over to voice mail system to leave messages which are rarely returned same day or next. Her assistant is very surly & seems to either not care about her job or patients. Disappointed as I thought she was a caring, dedicated doctor at first.

This review is not so much about Dr. McCutchen as it is her staff, which I DID address with her. Took over two months to get test results last year. Waited over 3 weeks this year and then I called. Got a "recall" appt. message and I already had my procedure done. Got NO info prior to my procedure. I called hospital 1 day prior to see if I was on their schedule. Nessi told me she didn't get my message, when I got HER voicemail and left message. No apologies. Done w/ Atlanta Gastro!

Saw Dr. McCutchen after my family had recommend her. I have been sick for months with no answers in sight. After seeing many Dr. and exstensive testing I had gave up hope. She listened to my symptoms and how I felt she figured it out with just 2 visits. I feel like a new person and I am so grateful for her. Perfect bedside manners, very personable, very honest and even called me after hours with results and explained my condition in terms I could understand. TRUST HER WITH MY LIFE !!!!

Would not set foot in her office EVER again! Waited for well over an hour for an appointment. She waltzed in, and even though I had all of my daughter's extensive medical records sent to her well ahead of time, it was obvious that she had not read any of it until she got in the exam room. She "might" have spent 5 minutes with us, recommended an EGD, followed by surgery (which I have done extensive research about, and it has many potential complications) for my 22 year old daughter.
