My visit was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Dr. McCutchen was very personable. She listened intently to my concerns, reassured me that my concerns were valid and explained what we needed to do as next steps to make sure I got back to great health. She explained everything and made an effort to connect me with me as a person, not just a patient. The office staff was very nice also. Stacy was her nurse and she was so friendly, professional and patient with me as I attempted to schedule my next appointments (took some effort because my schedule is so busy and packed). If I could rate her a negative I would.
Dr. McCutchen was amazing! I have a complicated medical history and Dr. M took everything into consideration when evaluating me. It was so nice to be heard and treated like an actual patient and not just a paycheck. My mom was with me and she loved Dr. M so much she is switching over to her.
Very professional and concerned. Makes you feel important. I would definitely recommend her.
Yes I would definitely recommend her. She is investigating several problems I’ve had for years that no one else checked. Plus, her personality just shines. She is very popular so sometimes there is a bit of a wait to get an appt but her orders for tests happen in short order.
Dr. McCutchen is very sweet and professional. Gave me options for treatment and even explained each one so I could make the right decision for me.
She seems very knowledgeable and friendly. I hope she can help me.
Very professional, listens well and is easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that because she is thorough and popular it appears that her schedule loading is high and office wait times even with a scheduled appointment can be too long.
