Two other doctors couldn't diagnose my pain, but Dr Jathal pin pointed it right away, which was what I felt an unusual symptom for a GI Dr. Didn't have to wait long to see him. No more pain. Staff, both in office & on phone were great & helpful. Thank you all
Good doctor but office staff need to improve phone manners and diplomacy. Very difficult to get through. Staff does not return phone calls
High on DIPLOMACY !!! Tells you not to come back in HIGH FASHION . If you are an IDIOT you may think it's a COMPLIMENT!!!! He needs to work for the American Board of DIPLOMACY !!!! Not all patients are angry when the complain. Patients are DISSATISFIED when they are short changed. Insults are NOT invitations. He gives HIGH CLASS insults.
From the Reception to Dr Jathal I found friendliness and a professional attitude. Debbie, Dr Jathal’s nurse makes one feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Jathal is a friendly approachable doctor in whom I have complete trust. He explains everything and answers questions willingly. I would never want to see another gastroenterologist as I put myself completely in his hands.
Great doctor. Helped me during a difficult diagnosis of Crohn's disease. I'm in remission now thanks to him.
Wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. Very easy to talk to and explains things in an easy to understand way.
After reading the patient reviews on Dr. Jathal I was hesitant about following through with my office visit on June 19, 2017. I did take into consideration that the negative comments appeared to be from angry people, seems like a few folks made a vendetta against him, so I decided to find out for myself. He will not listen to your complaint, and then say he did not know that!!! He will not give you the actual results of the diagnostic procedure, and tell you everything came out fine, when in actuallity it's not fine. No treatment. Rude.
Great staff! Wonderful and caring physician. Always available when you need him.
