This doctor will not follow up with his patients. I went in for an epidural and the procedure was done. I have been in so much pain on my right side to the point of almost to tears. I called there recorder and that is what you always get and left many messages. I had a response from Dr. Wallace several hours after I called in. He told me if I was still in pain call him on Monday. Called last two days and told Julie and staff how I feel and Dr. needs to call. Julie said sorry you feel that way.
My experience with Dr Wallace was great but his nursing staff is another matter. His direct assistants are not friendly to the point where I hate to call in or visit. On three different occasions I was instructed to take meds or not take meds incorrectly by his assistant. When I brought the fact that she was telling me something the Dr did not she was really defensive and made sure I knew I was wrong.the fact we are dealing with very restricted drugs just makes it that much more frightening.
