Dr. Wallace took over my pain management after a very bad experience with another Dr in Tulsa. He helped get a new stimulator placed in my back and has given me several injection. He listens to my pain problems and offers help, i do not get pain medication from him, giving me several options. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great pain doc.
He is personable and allows me to participate in my own healthcare decisions. He is gentle and very concerned over my pain and discomfort levels. Always has a smile on his face and takes time to explain what is going in.
Dr Wallace has been my pain management for the last two years. I find him to be thoroughly competent as well as delightfully congenial. I would not go to any other physician for pain management issues.
I really enjoy Dr. Wallace. He is attentive to me when I am talking with him. He is all about helping me wean off pain meds after 10 years of chronic pain. I give him a thumbs up.
I love Dr. Wallace & All of the office staff. I have been going there for almost 2 years and have never had a problem. Dr. Wallace has done more for me then almost anyone to help me with pain management. I have epidurals, medicine, and spinal injections. But if I tell dr. Wallace that any of those things are not working He tries something else. He's wonderful and I absolutely love him as a doctor. He is the best and I would recommend him to anyone in fact I have recommended him to other people.
Dr. Wallace is very approachable and compassionate. He has given me injections which have been very helpful! I greatly appreciate his kindness and expertise. You can tell that his staff works very hard to care for all of their patients. I would recommend him to anyone in pain!
After my epidural I was flat on my back for 3 days because I was in so much pain. When I finally got a response from his office after calling for 2 days, I was told to go to the ER if my symptoms persisted. Called after ER visit, 6days out from procedure and was told that I hadn't given it enough time (even though my symptoms were worse) and to call back in 4 days (on a day he isn't in the office. Takes forever to get a call back. In office they were friendly but on the phone very rude.
Dr Wallace seemed a bit cold in his bed side manner, furthermore, kicked my wife out of his care because she took medication for her pain that was not issure by him. He showed no concern for her condition, and set her pain and recovery back to the begining and was not concerned with her pain or condition. All he wanted to do during her pain his stick her in the back with epidural and refuse to issue proper medication to ease her pain. I would NEVER refer him as a GOOD doctor.... Stay away.
He well not review my scans I have been in more pain with this Dr then I every have said my medication was to high so he has been lower it I have had 2 neck surgery and a lower back surgery both ain't doing no good but this Dr seam to think I like pain because he has put me in more pain then any of the rest and his nurse is very rude and non professional and don't know what is going on they will not call me back
