Adam is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had such a great experience through my sessions with him. He has been able to help my back issue I’ve had for over 2 years. Would highly recommend!!!
Came to Adam with knee issues that started when I was marathon training and took me out for the season. He was able to diagnose my problem right away and provide me with stretches and strength building exercises that have vastly improved my condition and allowed me to get back into training. Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional, highly recommend!
Adam was a lifesaver for me! I had a nasty lower back injury after a gym session. I spent the whole day in bed, paralyzed with pain. A friend recommended Adam, and luckily, he had an opening first thing in the morning. I remember arriving at his clinic in a lot of pain and barely able to move.
