$6000 for four crowns. Technician chipped bridge below trying to pull off temporary crown. Fit is awful. Went back three times to have them ground. Shortly after jaw locked and he wanted to do the TMJ package. $3000 for the first phase. I said no. Since the crowns my bite has been off and I am in pain constantly. I’ve lost weight because it’s so painful to eat. Constant headaches. All he says is give it a year. I have already given it a year and I am in worse shape than I was when I first went in. Ali Heidari charges $5,300 for TMJ package. He does not provide a report of the 3D Scan he charged $850. Dental Radiologist David Hatcher, Beam Readers, reported 3D scan quality poor, needed to be retaken. Heidari's website gives no written info on cold lazer treatments and provides no written information regarding the package. Google provided answers to simple questions. After 3 visits Heidari cancelled treatment and did not provide full refund. Charged $3000. for the tooth guard, he kept.

I am a longtime patient of Dr. Heidari and I must say he and his staff took excellent care of me during all these years. His experience and close attention to the details are remarkable.
