Bad customer service I ever seen in my life
I have taken multiple vehicles to Doxon for oil changes for well over a decade. Never again will I sit for 2 hours for a simple oil change apointment. You make Jiffy Lube look like a great option!
RecommendedKen Thompson was so great to work with. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about our new Toyota Highlander. Customer service is terrible and not respectful or willing to help. Need cultural competency training. Old lady in the service department needs more training to respect the diverse people. 👎
